Walter and Emanuela have a gorgeous place in the heart of the Predore. It's a one minute short walk to the jetty where the regular ferry service departs for other towns on the beautiful Lake Iseo. Walter, Emanuela and their daughter Elena where excellent hosts and even escorted my wife and I on a short walking tour of the town of Predore. Good relaxing and character filled place to stay on lake Iseo. We highly recommend the property. Keith and Ingrid

Our stay at the Renee was just fantastic .The studio was very comfortable and extremely clean . The location on the lake was amazing and the town of Predore is lovely . What a find! We had an absolutely brilliant time here. Walter and Emanuela were the perfect hosts. We left with smiles on our faces, and wonderful memories. Definitely do Walter's boat trip! A great way to see the lake. The apartment was clean, comfortable and cosy. We braved a dip in the lake which was clear and clean, if not a little cold at this time of year (November). Il gabbiano ristorante next door is lovely to eat at and has brilliant food and friendly staff. 10 out of 10 for this trip!

Everything was amazing!

We thought it was a little jewel of an apartment with a super water side setting. Our welcome was great from Walter and his family and we wish we could have stayed for longer than the four nights.

We just came back from a lovely trip to Predore were we stayed in Emanuela and Walters beautiful apartment. Everything was great. The apartment was nice and clean and had everything we needed. Staying at Walter and Emanuela’s place was without a doubt the highlight of our travels. The home is right on the banks of Lake Iseo and Predore is one of the most beautiful towns we’ve seen. Restaurants, bars, and supermarkets within a 2 minute walk alongside ferry and coach access just steps away, allowing you to explore all around the lake. The home’s temperature is nicely controlled with natural light and all cooking utensils provided for. Perfect mix of modern and homely - and if you ever need anything more, Walter responds quickly and can be there in a minute. The hosts are beyond lovely, generous, friendly, and we were made to feel like family from the minute we arrived. Invited on his boat tour (don’t hesitate if offered, it’s INCREDIBLE!), and given a private tour of the town. Walter also gave us use of the kayak which we used to further explore the lake and given all the safety equipment too! There’s so much to explore, so many places to relax, and so many people to get to know. If given the opportunity, don’t miss a sunset. We can’t recommend this place enough. Just go. It’s amazing 🙂

This place is in an amazing location, beautifully appointed, stylish and combines modern with character. We loved the place and Walter was the perfect, most welcoming host, giving us lots of information about what to do and see around Predore. I just hope it is free the next time we are able to go back!

Emanuela and Walter were the perfect hosts..they welcomed us with sweets and chocolates ! and even let us have some tomatoes and basil from the garden for our salad. The self contained apartment is exactly like the pictures and is an ideal place for a relaxing few days. The apartment is clean, bright and modern and has everything you need the kitchen meant we could have breakfast on the balcony overlooking the lake a few meters away. We swam , sunbathed and read books by the lake we also had use of the tandem, some bikes and a canoe. The apartment is opposite a most fantastic restaurant called Il Gabbiano, beautiful food, very romantic spot with friendly staff and owner. Predore is a quiet village with a few shops , we used buses and boats to get around and we got to see Mont Isola ,maybe with a car we would have seen more of the area. It is only an hour from Bergamo airport and we managed to get our flight using just public transport. We really enjoyed our trip to Emanuels and Walter and I will definitely be returning... I would recommend this accommodation not only for the location and the actual apartment but also for the friendly helpful and hospitable hosts Emanuel and Walter and the friends we made in the village who made our trip memorable fantastic. . The place is great. The lake is few steps away, you can park nearby without much hassle and parking is free. The room is beautiful and clean in an 16th century house with lots of amenities. We had two minor concerns about our stay- the hosts didn’t speak English. And it’s not very quiet room before midnight since there is a restaurant nearby and a small street where cars, dogs, people made noise. If you are used to sleep in noisy areas or plan to go to bed past midnight, then it’s probably not a problem. However the hosts did several nice gestures on our arrival and the place is great.

Lovely studio apartment on the ground level. Just steps from the lake with access to swimming. Walking distance to restaurants and cafes.

The place was really great, it is an atmospheric comfortable place, nice kitchen and bathroom. It is located in a quiet street, next to the lake. You can sit on the lakeside and have a swim, very nice! The ferry to monte Isola is very close to the house. Walter and Emanuela are very kind, gave us tips and a tour around the village. We arrived late in the evening, that was no problem. There is also a restaurant on the other side of the street, also at the lakeside, very nice. We recommend this place to anyone, we had a wonderful time!

A great location with good parking and access, quiet, charming with a beautiful restaurant close by , access to the ferry and all amenities. The apartment is a perfect romantic setting for 2 people to enjoy the lake. We will certainly be returning to these perfect hosts.

Everything was perfect. We were in contact with Walter only and he was really nice and warm with us. The apartment is beautiful, right in front of the beautiful lake and close to the other places. Walter knows lot of things about the region and the activities and can help you.

Staying at the Lago di Iseo is wonderful to begin with, but being able to stay in a place as nice as this one made the trip even more special. Although short we really got to enjoy the wonderful location and the beauty of the surrounding area. With Milan just a short drive away, and the maybe even more beautiful Bergamo just minutes away this definetly is a place one can come back to many times to without ever running out of wonderful things to see. Just then spend the evenings at the nearby lake and nights in this wonderful place.

“We lived in the apartment for a week, where the purpose was to relax and chill. The apartment was perfect for this purpose. It was nicely decorated and everything was great. Furthermore it had a great location in Predore 10 meters from a great spot down to the lake where we could lie and relax uninterrupted. The city Predore is a small local city without many tourists and a lot of friendly local people. You really get in touch with the local Italian way of living. There were a few nice restaurants both in Predore and Sarnico. We used a whole day in Verona, which was worth a visit. I rented a racing bike in Iseo for two days and the routes were really beautiful. Walter and Emanuela were the best hosts we have experienced. They were really friendly and helpful making us feel very welcome. They were a big part of making the stay fantastic. Wir hatten ein tolles langes Wochenende bei Emanuela und Walter. Die beiden sind bezauberte Gastgeber! Die Lage der Wohnung ist traumhaft.

Emanuela und Walter sind sehr freundlich, zuverlässig und bemüht, dass es ihren Gästen gut geht. Predore und die Umgebung sind toll zum entspannen. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Fähre legt auch in nur 100 Metern Entfernung an und ab. Wir haben Fahrräder und das Kayak gratis nutzen können. Das Apartment hat keinen Balkon oder eine Terrasse, doch direkt nebenan befindet sich ein öffentlicher Zugang (kleine Wiese mit Bänken) zum See. Außerdem befindet sich gegenüber des Wohnhauses ein Restaurant mit Blick auf den See. Sicherlich kann man sich mit Badesachen auf die Wiese oder die Bank setzen. Uns hat jedoch die Privatsphäre gefehlt, weil es öffentlich ist.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Emanuela and Walter! They are incredibly kind and thoughtful people and we couldn’t be happier with the apartment or our experience with them in Predore. We particularly enjoyed Walter’s boat tour of Lago d’Iseo and it’s beautiful islands, and the kneeboarding and gelato weren’t bad either 😉 If you have a chance to see Lake Iseo and Predore, seriously consider staying with Walter and Emanuela!

We could not have been happier. The apartment is incredibly beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained, and in a beautiful and quaint location. Above all, though, what made the stay truly special was Walter's incredible warmth and hospitality--he really made us feel cared for and contributed to a trip we will remember for the rest of our lives.

Stunning little place in a perfect location. Hosts are super friendly and Google Translate bridges the language gap just fine. Cute little town with an incredible lakeside restaurant just next door and one of the best pizzerias in the area. Try not to arrive over lunchtime as the parking becomes more difficult (due to the lakeside restaurant).

A great location directly at Lake Iseo. Wake up and jump in the water for a morning swim. Also a great base to explore the area by foot or bike. Walker is a great host, and adds a wonderful personal touch to the stay. The apartment has a beautiful balcony - ideal to enjoy a lake view and have your breakfast /lunch /dinner. We will certainly come back if we are in the Italian lake district to enjoy Walter's hospitality.

Emanuela & Walter are the best hosts we have ever stayed with. No request was too large or small and everything was perfect. First of all, the large one room efficiency was perfect and well appointed with style and thoughtfulness. The kitchen was well appointed (I cooke every day!) and new and the bathroom was a delight. There was even a large bowl of fresh fruit waiting for us when we arrived that carried us through the week. Although there is no view, when you step out of the room you are "on the lake", ready to swim or sunbath or whatever you want to do. Predore is a beautiful and convenient spot on Lake Iseo and their place is in the perfect spot to launch your daily wanderings from. We used their kayak and when I asked for a flotation device, they provided a tube for me because I like to float around lakes as well as swim. We shared several social times with our hosts and even though we had no language in common we had two wonderful repasts. We highly recommend Emanuela & Walter’s place for your Lake Iseo vacation.

This place is incredible. The way the apartment has been designed is beautiful and the space feels like a real sanctuary- lovely and cool on hot days. Everything you need for cooking etc too. The access to the water just seconds down the street is perfect with lake swimming and a place to dry off on the grass just on your doorstep. The town is lovely and quiet and the restaurant next door is incredible. E& W are incredibly kind hosts. We can't wait to return!

19We had such a lovely and relaxing stay in Predore with Emanuela & Walter who were the most attentive and kind hosts! The place is right next to the ferry that takes you to other places in the lake & there are amenities in the town (shops, pharmacy) which worked well for us as we don't drive. The flat itself is nicely decorated & had everything we needed. Walter & Emanuela went out of their way to meet our needs. Recommend for a peaceful stay in Lake Iseo! Thank you for a lovely holiday in Predore, we couldn't have asked for anything more! 🙂

Emanuela and Walter's property was my first Airbnb Plus experience, and it was excellent. The host lives upstairs in the building and gave us a mini-tour at our arrival to give us an idea and rundown of every detail. They even provided free bicycle and kayak for use to use during our stay! I felt they showered us with hospitality and their property updated and charming at the same time. They were so genuine and nice, super responsive. Excellent host!

Everything was perfect!

Our stay in Predore was perfect. Walter was a really good host, with a very beautiful house just in front of Iseo Lake.

I stayed for 11 lovely nights at this apartment, during some very warm July weather. I would definitely return again and stay here! The hosts are very friendly and even treated me to a nice glass of bubbly on my birthday. Lake Iseo is right on the doorstep, as advertised, and it felt wonderful to cool off in the water several times each day. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. I was really grateful for the air-conditioning on those hot nights. The bathroom is neat and stylish, although the hot water supply is quite small. I could sometimes hear the nearby restaurant at night, but it was not particularly disturbing. The gentle sounds of dining actually seemed quite romantic and helped to lull me to sleep. I tried all four restaurants in Predore. They all offered pretty good value and quality, but the truffle dishes at La Marinetta were especially delicious.

We had a wonderful stay at The Renee. Walter was a fabulous host. The boat ride around the lake with Walter was amazing and was one of the best parts of our Italian vacation. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the region. He and Emanuela also recommended a drive around the lake and visiting the oldest Franciacorta vineyard. We did both on our final day and it was a lovely experience. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The restaurant next door is incredible. There were also a couple of bars within walking distance where we enjoyed breakfast and snacks. Highly recommend staying here!
